Wilkommen and Vítejte to Germany and Czechia!

Welcome Teutons and Czechs! Sons And Daughters of the great Arminius and Prokop! Come to drink from the font of my blog and learn from an average amateur American runner who is just dicking around on the internet!
let me tell you all about running!

I will also tell you about running!
Been checking out the old analytics page and have been surprised to see the number of visitors from Germany and Czechzia (no visitors from those ungrateful Slovaks!) so I thought I'd give them a Wilkommen and Vítejte! My time in Germany has been quite limited and I've never been to Czechia but I'd love to go someday. Prague is a definite must on my life list.
This blog is pretty personal and borderline solipsistic and is definitely American-centric (because it's by me and I'm an American) but I plan on offering a pretty wide range of information about running that could be of interest to an international audience. I'll be reviewing gear, books and giving some travel information that could be helpful. I'll also try to cultivate a nicely internationalist tone and voice.
Anyway, please continue to visit and I'll try to someday return the favor by visiting your lovely countries!
Děkuji And Danke!

Here's a gif of the revolutionary Czech Locomotive the remarkable Emil Zátopek showing his incredible cool and positive energy

I'll leave you with my favorite recent Eurovision winner, the incomparable Lena Meyer-Landrut and her internationalist anthem of "Satellite"
